Default HKS cams

Hello

I am going to try hks cams for my 1.6 MK1 turbo.

I want to use my stock valvetrain(springs, retainers etc) so I want to ask if anyone has use them and what is the worth of them.

There stage 1 (256 duration 9 lift) and stage 2 (264 duration 9,5 lift).

Are these stages ok with the stock valvetrain? (especially the second stage)

The cut limiter is in 7200-7300.

And something else. Can I use these cams (stage 1 or 2) WITHOUT ADJUSTABLE CAM GEARS???

What about the idle? Will it be ok?

If anyone has try HKS cams (or another) please help!
