Ok I have another idea, I guess I will be calling this guys shop who races and has his shop not too far from me. I might just get a quote for the whole install, meaning the whole setup. This includes the the installation of the custom intercooler, manifold, custom made DP for HKS mani, Custom 3" exhaust, and all the intercooler piping. I will get a quote from him Monday when his shop is open. He did a catback for my bro on his maxima for bout 250, thats not bad. I will be ordering the clutch stuff from clutchnet also Monday, and I guess I might as well get the damn GT25. I really don't feel like looking for a turbo anymore cause I dont like running into this kinda **** I ran in with the mani. Will update you guys on what happens and how much he would want to charge for this setup. If its a fair price I will just get it done then. You guys have any idea what something like this should run??

email this guy for all kinds of flanges for pretty cheap, just tell him what you want and where to ship it too and he'll give you a quote

If you get an DP for an 1.6 HKS Manifold, the same turbo and DP will work on the 1.8 HKS manifold. (the same turbo and DP will work on both 1.8 & 1.6's)
I have debated several times about building DP's for the HKS manifold and selling them, the problem is the multiple different T25 turbine flanges. (for example I'm running a four bolt)
The HKS is a stout unit and does not require manifold relief cuts like the earlier greddy units. Also on the EGR equiped 1.8's you need to drill and tap the bottom and add a fitting.

well at the moment I dont know anyone who can get me an HKS DP that goes with the HKS mani. So it I will have to get one made for it. Will be ordering some flanges and pipes and gona have to find someone local to make and fit the pipe. If someone wants to make me one that will be cool. By the way its for 1.6 and will be bolting to a GT25.

Hks 1.6 downpipe (note 4 bold t25 turbo (like 300zx twinturbo))
Should be close to the 1.8 too....
It is the only aftermarket hks dp available....
Have a lot off pre installed hks turbo pics, all parts in detail... Pm me if you want them emailed...
