I would have done a few things differently, but overall a nice setup. Witty bitty turbo

So how's the clutch feel? I had their red PP on my Nissan and loved it, but Igor @ Clutchnet steers people away from it saying it's too stiff for daily use.

I don't know if that was a freudian slip, but either way that disc looks sprung, not solid. And chris, I can't speak for the 3xpp but the 2x feels only slightly stiffer than stock, not a workout at all.

sprung hub, solid disk...

3XX isn't bad at all. The turbo was free, so...

A solid disc has no marcell (spelling?) spring.

What all would you have done differently? Just wondering...

Probably MS instead of the EMU, BEGi manifold/DP, and a bigger turbo? The only reason I went with what I did was because of some damn good deals I came across.

The red 3xx is not bad at all. Not sure why Igor thinks its stiff. It feels nicer than my stock clutch. I am running the 3x and 6 puck sprung hub without issues. Just not used to getting out of first gear with it. It engages rightaway.

That's what I want to hear. I really liked the Clutchnet setup on my Nissan, and will probably get one for the Miata.

Thanks,
Chris

Also using the 3x pp, it's not to stiff at all, it's stiff, but in a good way =P

Fair enough. All quality bits, you can hit 180-200whp with that stuff depending on your gas and your tune, but I do think you'll be considering an MS in a few months.

Yeah, well 200 is my goal, but I think 250 at the wheels is achievable with a bigger turbo later on. I could do MS eventually, believe me, I'm not puting it out of the question, but for right now I just wanted a simple setup to get me going.

I also just ordered an intercooler from cxracing, for an over the radiator setup, as well as an AEM UEGO.

Nice setup man, very clean. Yea 250+whp should be easy with a bigger turbo+ms..

Fyi sav was talking about your wheels and possibly the tiny turbo.

You pull off those wheels better than most

Thanks man!

I like the wheels, and anyone who doesn't like them can go **** themselves...
