ok so i got my miata running and every thing it flys well it might be me but when i floor it i go to 7 stock waste gate and then shift heres were it sounds stupid can i just hold it to the floor till i can shift at 5500 im not sure and some time it starts sputtering like i am hitting fuel cut wat can fix that

Once the turbo is making full boost, do I keep it floored all the way to redline - Yes. The wastegate will control the boost, just keep the foot down.

My engine is stumbling or loosing power while under boost - sounds like an ignition problem, or maby fuel. How old are your plugs/wires. What gap are your plugs at?

Some more info on what you are running and what problems you have would be good.

 

Stumbling sounds like rich to me.
