Default Injectors doing it right the first time.

Moneys not a problem, so I’m not after cheap and cheerful.

I was starting to get together an DIY turbo set up, but bagged a BEGI-S GT2554 turbo kit with braided oil feed and return lines as new.
Split dump pipe,
Turbo smart bov,
Greddy Intercooler
For $1500 Australian about the same Canadian and aprox $3000 us

I’ve just finished with the DIYPNP Mega squirt.
Mocal oil plate, cooler lines & RX7 oil cooler
MX5 plus coolant reuote.

Any way I’m looking at sorting injectors, I’ve had a look at getting my hands on a set of good used RX8 injectors. (what I'm leaning towards)

But have also been looking at the aftermarket sets as well.

This car is a track only, couldn’t care about idle or noise of the injectors. Hopeful of 120 killerwasps at the rearies

So what I’m looking for is, solid injectors.
Any recommendations.

Cheers

FIC EV14s all the way. The 650cc variant are ~$330, and will support ~350hp at 43psi of fuel pressure. Superior spray pattern and atomization, excellent idle, etc.

I don't want the fiveo injectors for several reasons. I have purchased all the sets I have fitted from MiataRoadster:

Injector Dynamics, heard nothing but excellent things about them. I'm ordering a set in the next week or so.

ID1000's are the only injector I will recommend installing. I have been through a total of 5 sets of injectors on my car. I wish the ID's were around in the beginning and I would have just started with those.

I haven't installed them yet but the best price I found for modified bosch EV14 650cc injectors was from these guys: http://www.racecomponentsinc.com/Bos..._Injector.html

The dynamic matching that ID does is why they are more expensive, and also why they are the best.

I'm lovin' my FIC EV14's, Renown Performance actually sells them for cheaper than Five-Oh on here, at least last I checked.

Injector Dynamics. If there were better options, TrackSpeed and 949Racing would run them on their cars instead, and sell them.

Thanks for all the feed back and help.
I'm no cheque book racer, but somethings are worth doing right the first time.
Cheers!

Another vote for Injector Dynamics, and I've gone through rx7 550's, fiveomotorsport ev14 550cc, AND fiveo 850cc, and the IDs destroy all of the them
