Default Issues with Innovate MTXL

My wideband gauge has been acting up lately and after rewiring the whole thing to no avail, I shall inquire within before potentially exploring other wideband options. For reference, it is wired into the premade harness provided with my MS3X by Braineack

Upon turning the key and starting the car, it goes through two separate heating cycles, once for ign on and once for crank/start. Is there any way around this or is it inherent of the gauge? I'd like to be able to see my afr's on start for diagnostic purposes.
Also, random E9 codes. I can't seem to trigger it, but it will throw a low voltage code for <1 second then will do a normal startup cycle while driving. Sometimes it stays on E9 until I turn the ignition off, then on again. This doesn't happen often, but is a nuisance.

Is it possible you have it wired to accessory rather than switching power?

On Accessory power it will switch on at key position 2 but then turn off while cranking. This can cause sensors to fail and pop errors I am told. Does that explain yours heating twice?
(I recently wired in one to accessory power and was scolded for it Have consequently kept the sensor out of the car til I redo it!)
