Default Looking for:MP62 to GT3071R Recipe

Hey folks,
sorry if a similar post already exists, I'm lv. 1 at using search functions. if so, just point me in the right direction and go ahead and delete this.
soooo I'm currently running a brp mp62 on my '02 SE, stock motor, making around 220?whp (not dyno'd), but as the game goes.. always want more. I'm just looking for a quick recipe/checklist of thing's I'd need along with a 3071 to get to ~300-330whp.
I already have 1000 ID injectors, tdr intercooler, and tuned/have a local tuner on a haltech elite 1500. MAF/CAT removed. (was desperate to fix a problem before I got the haltech..)
Friend says I'm nearly there, just get a turbo. He's some dsm freak so he doesn't quite know everything about our hairdresser toys, so I thought I'd ask here real quick to get some more solid info for my future decisions.
If you want to go in depth about specific parts, be my guest. Otherwise, just a part name.
First off, what's needed for a built engine/motor

-Rods
-Pistons
....
....

what else is needed for the turbo/what needs to be upgraded to support said power goals?

-downpipe/more piping
-manifold
oil - lines, cooler
alternator?
diff?
clutch? not sure what kind of torque you get with ~320whp

Any opinions welcome, like if you suggest a different turbo. I don't want to cut corners.
Use: mainly daily street driving with occasional road courses once or twice a month/couple months.
Budget: not quite college kid, ramen for dinner status. will pay a pretty penny.. or plastic.. for quality.

Thanks for any info, tips, and for reading!

First off, what's needed for a built engine/motor

-Rods
-Pistons
....
....
-Machine work
-Main bearings (ACL, King, etc)
-Rings
-Billet oil pump gears
-Possibly a different crank damper
-Gaskets (oil pan half moons, intake, exhaust, head, valve cover, oil cooler, rear main, front crank)
-ARP head and main bearing studs (and then modify the main bearing support plate to fit the new main studs)
-ARP flywheel bolts (why not, right?)

what else is needed for the turbo/what needs to be upgraded to support said power goals?

-downpipe/more piping
-manifold
oil - lines, cooler
alternator? (no)
diff? (assuming you already have LSD, then no)
clutch? not sure what kind of torque you get with ~320whp (I'd say FM stage 2 and lightweight flywheel)
-Coolant lines
-Drill bit and tap for oil return to oil pan
-Oil drain fitting
-Electronic boost control solenoid
-Oil filter sandwich plate
-Oil pressure, oil temp, water temp, AFR, and boost gauge (and a place to put them)
-Possibly different ignition setup (Not sure what NB2 ignition can handle. Toyota COP's or GM LS coils, associated brakets, wires, etc)
-Colder plugs
-Catch can, plumbing, GTX PCV valve or PCV delete
-Better brakes (at least the pads, preferably big brake kit.)
-Larger fuel pump
-3" exhaust
-Tires
-Turbo heat shields
-New clutch master and slave (if they are getting old, might as well)
-Aluminum radiator

That's about all I can think of at the moment...

If you plan to track it I would look into an oil cooler.

I would suggest looking seriously at the efr turbos because of the technologically-advanced nature of their design over the Garrett units. This is coming from someone who is running a GTX series Garrett now.

You need about 10k since you have no clue what you are doing. Basically goto Trackspeedengineering.com and buy a built motor and their turbo setup with a 6258. Install it and enjoy 350whp or so.

Way behind the times. 3071R is just about the last turbo I'd pick to run one of these engines. EFR6258 will make the power and spool hundreds of RPM sooner.
