Default Making a Bosch BOV with a Link

A old thread I was reading after searching

Stated that as I am running a Link and MAP sensor, when having a Bosch BOV vent to air I dont need to have a check valve and that I could simply pit a filter on the end. Apparently with the Link it dosnt matter if you get some vacuum leak at idle.

Is this correct?

Help is appreciated - I'm looking to start installing this weekend (assuming that the stuff arrives - its due this weekend (its KFJ's old kit))

post intercooler, as close to the tb as resonably possible.

Probably true, although I bet it's extremely tough to measure/feel any real-world difference.

I've seen them on either side to good effect.
