I know from all my searches on the subject that an engine management system is the first to get for a Turbo setup.

I have a '99 with the OEM 1.8, might go VVT in the future. I am going to build a turbo kit to obtain around 250 RWHP. I want to purchase an MS DIY kit because I just love kits. Do I need the MS3, or can go to an MS2
