Default Megasquirt Idle Control Valve Proplem!!

so i went turbo and did a minor wire tuck on my 1993 1.6, ive been having problems with my ms2, the voltages were jumping from 6v to 10v very jumpy and erratic. my sensors were also going nuts the coolant was jumping 30 degrees and my map sensor also! ive been pulling my hair out trying to figure out the problem, well i started unplugging things to see if the problem went away and i found that when i unplug the icv the ms2 loses power.... i bypass the icv with a piece of wire and the ecu has a constant 11 v and the car runs. so should i just bypass the icv???... any input would be apriciated.
