Default MT detectives, help me ID my old POS turbo

Was puttering around in the garage, found my old quick-spooling turbo. It's some species of T3/T04B I think, but I'm not sure exactly what size because none of the measurements I've taken match any known compressor wheel sizes. I figure I'm either measuring wrong or I'm retarded or something.

Anyway, here goes:
Compressor:
8 blades at inducer, x2 at exducer
inducer diameter: 47.59mm
exducer diameter: 67.93mm

Turbine:
11 blades
about 2.1" at exducer
says GARRETT on the back of the turbine with
M-4
PT-2
AR.48
on the inlet of the housing

Don't really care much about the turbine housing, mainly curious what compressor this is.

Here is a picture of me measuring the exducer diameter of the compressor.

There are a number of compressor wheels with specs in that range. See this chart.

Edit: Also, post some pics of the whole turbo.

Yeah, I'm aware there are many turbos that are close to that size. That's my problem. My measurements don't actually match anything and it's so close to so many plausible turbos I have no idea what I'm looking at.

There aren't any markings on the turbo besides A letter C on the compressor outlet and the text I described above. The center section is an unremarkable oil cooled, journal bearing center section. The turbine housing is a typical 5 bolt internal wastegated housing with a T3 flange.
