mx6 2.2 12 valve turbo - will it fit a miata?

Went to the junk yard and saw a mx6 2.2 12 valve turboed and was wondering if that manifold would acually fit the miata with a little fabrication, or will i just be wasting my time with it

and well known to fail and blow oil all over the place
