So I took my car out for it's maiden yoyage(2 mins.) Didn't really push it, but I did floor it in third for a second and all I can say is wow! Upon my return I popped the hood to discover flange that the BOV filter attaches to game out of the rest of the BOV. Does anyone know how these were attatched originally. Looks like a little JB weld would do the trick. On a side note this is the old style FM BOV with a hole int he body opposite of where the filter goes, whitch direction should the filter be pointing? I assume straight up so that the open hole is pointing straight down to keep as much crap out of there as possible.
