sure thing ive got my cold pipe with blow off valve done, my guage (lc1 and boost guage) holder that will go between the ac and heat controls and cd player, the bottom of the down pipe and 2.5 inch straight pipe back, power steering re route ( had to cut off the neck on the power steering side and weld it back on. The material was really thin for my tig welder so i used jb weld just in case i had a small leak any where. front mount intercooler mounted with some home made brackets, hot pipe connected but still missing one 90 deg coupler, turbo with 90 deg coupler missing, down pipe sprayed with some grill paint

guage holder still needs refining

Just a tiny bit.....

kinda stuck on a problem.. any one know a good way of getting to the oil pressure sending unit by the oil filter with out taking off the lower intake mani? I took of the brace under it and it helps a lot but still seems like a pain with out taking the whole manifold out... IDEAS?!?!?

p51hellfire 08-26-2009 01:27 AM

serious..... it's not hard......

ls1motorsports 08-26-2009 01:29 AM

you can do it without removing the lower manifold...

lol... i had to do this, and it was a bitch... iirc, you can use a really short swivel head open box 17mm wrench...

but to get at it, i actually removed the starter and motor mount.. lol....

not fun, but doable... and prepare to curse like there is no tomorrow as you are doing this...

just did a free air calibration to my wideband lc1. it got warm. Is it suppose to be doing that?

Yes...you also did a heater calibration the first time around...this means you probably hooked it up right.

Mine used to take a half hour to heat up...I had to do it again.

thank you . I tried removing the oil sensor yesterday but it seems to be bigger than a 22 mm ... As of right now i dont have anthing bigger so i will go to the store in a bit so i can rmove it. Oil feed line will come from begi tomorw and hope adaptronic comes soon then i think im ready to tune and boost

ls1motorsports 08-31-2009 09:23 AM

everything is now mounted in the car and ready to go. I just need to wait for adaptronic to fire it up . Hope it will be here in a couple hours. But i wont be getting my hopes up
