Go to any store in your area that makes and sells hoses for hydraulic equipment.
Failing that, it's not terribly hard to build your own. Earl's and various others make NPT hose ends for -AN hose. I've got a couple in my own system. Presuming you can only find male hose ends, use a double-female NPT coupler.
