yeah its an ebay intercooler kit, not from begi, unfortunatly couldnt afford the begi intercooler so the jdm one will have to do.

Lol, seems like you're just as likely to get mistaken free stuff as missing stuff!

If there is ever a person who gets their entire begi kit with directions, part list, and parts right the first time, I think it should be stickied immediately by a moderator.

Does anyone second?

I started installing my S2 kit a couple weeks ago. So far, I've had missing:

Turbo to manifold studs, nuts, and washers
Oil feed line
Wastegate actuator circlip

BEGi did make everything right in short order, which is cool considering I have been sitting on the kit for almost a year and a half. They also agreed to modify my 1.6 downpipe for a 3" exhaust for free for my troubles.

My s5 kit was a nightmare. It was the 1st one made, but man, It was a tough one....

All I have from it now is the manifold/IC/IC piping..

You do look like you have a nice set up there ...

-assorted pipe fittings, 10 bucks at ace hardware
-metric to pipe thread adapter for Bosch inline fuel pump (i didnt get a peidburg), 14 bucks from summit racing
-oh, and the bracket that supposed to hold the AFM didnt fit at all

I really meant the labeled bags as a compliment to them trying.

I DID NOT want to turn this into a bashing thread.

They did a great job of fixing my missing parts:

silicone couplers - overnighted
(2) IC elbows - fabbed, powdercoated and overnighted
brass oil drain fitting, mani/turbo bolts, heat shield bolts - sourced myself

It's good to see that the Shanghai kit gets as much attention as all their other products as far as parts bag labeling and organization. The complete kit idea has to be a good seller for them.

My car was built by BEGi so I get it all together and right the first time.
