Default Oil Pressure Spike in Boost

I'm getting a strange oil pressure spike when I hit about 10psi. Pressure goes from normal ant that rpm, say 30psi, to ~75psi. Only happens when I hit ~10psi or so.

The way I see it, the only system that can reach that pressure is the oil system and combustion pressure. I would assume that if I was getting pressure form combustion into my oil system that it would pin the gauge. Could be wrong on that though. My other thought is that maybe my drain line isn't big / straight enough. Running a .060" restrictor on a 1/4" line.

Thoughts?

Not mounted where you have it. The stock gauge has the sender by the filter and it's pretty much a microphone. That's why it picks up knock.
