Default outlet adapter flange for sr20 t25.....too small?

So got my adapters in and the outlet flange....3 bolt one is a 2" intercooler piping is 2'5 :( y?

I think all t25 turbo outlets are 2", I know my 2871 is. You just simply get a 2" to 2.5" coupler from silicone intakes and use that to hook up the intercooler pipe.
