Default Please Help Idle Valve Plugged

Hi Guys, thanks ahead if you´re reading this.

I have bought an old 1.6 NA with an old turbo td-04 greddy kit running the stock ECU with stock AFM etc etc, I have now bought a MS2 PNP, the sensors (IAT, MAP, vTPS), but I was analyzing the engine bay and I noticed the idle valve attached to throttle body has pipe that is plugged and the valve itself is unplugged from the ecu.

So what I want to know is, what do i have to do when i install the MS2? Will the car start and idle with the MS2 like it is? Do I Have to plug everything back for the MS2 to start and idle?
Is the pipe that is plugged a coolant or air pipe?

Thanks!!
