I'll just keep running without my o2 plugged in until I can get this thing figured out.
look at the o2 map that was in the file i sent you befor you have to put it in % mode and 0.3v for when in and just befor boost i havent played with the beta version yet but i guess it lets you do more with the 02 map

+1 Bell advises not running over ~12 on stock internals on NB (just a fyi).. All depends on how long you want the motor to last and how good your tune is :-)

How's ur idle on the 550's ? There's a somewhat religious arguemnt going on w/my friend and I over idle issues on 550s. Mine idles a little on the rough side till fully warmed up (though makes it sound evil) but usually is not an issue.. (I have no pulsewidth control so fine tuning idle = non existant, I can change fuel/timing but again with big injectors pulsewidth control is your friend).

Did you try the "voltage mode"? Looks like you build a table from around 13.5PSIa (right before boost) to your max boost with RPM's from 0 to ~5000rpm (closed loop for NBs). Set all cell values to a lean condition ~.3V.

i thought it was the 99-00 that had issues with the higher boost???...i have a set of B6T rods and im working on geting a set of BP05 pistons cryotreated.. my AFR under boost right now seems to stay around the 11.6-12.2 range ... im also thinking of running a pre 99 head ported with +1mm valves and a nice set of cams ...
