I have the FM coolant reroute and have completely deleted my thermostat neck. There's this sensor and plug originally going into the thermostat neck but since that's gone, I'm not sure where to put that sensor. Not sure what that sensor is, probably a temp sensor. Where do I relocate that sensor now that the thermostat is at the back of the engine and the neck doesn't exist?

That's your thermo fan temp switch, assuming NA6

the FM kit contains a plate for the neck

but you yeeted the neck. So I would suggest drilling and tapping a hole as per the link size into the plate you put on your head and screwing the sensor into that plate.

Or, use an output on your MS to control the fan.
