Default Restrictor on T25G

I am fabbing up the lines for my Turbo at the moment. I am running -4 stainless steel braided PTFE, a Nissan T25G SR20DET journal bearing turbo that I rebuilt, and a standard fully synthetic 5W-30 . My question is, do I need a rerstrictor in the oil feed line? I am feeding it from the oil pressure switch side and have a pop rivet in the -4AN to 7/16-24 IF fitting on on the turno. Should this be sufficient for the turbo or should i remove the rivet? I know that the seals will leak oil if the return line is too small or oriented incorrectly. Would an excessive oil pressure(very cold oil temps) cause leakage on a journal bearing turbo? I have heard mixed results from m.net and here stating that you need one and posts saying you dont need one.

Thanks, MP
