It is a 95 miata with turbo (t28) on it, I installed a DIYPNP in it - works great.

On cold start the engine is vibrating alot... what could it be ?

I have a 97 miata, turbo too and DIYPNP too - no shacking on cold start...

Tuning? Sounds like your cold start enrichment needs adjusting.

 

Not enough fuel, starting to choke.
However my car can idle on 3 cylinders, which causes it to shake like hell - enough to shake the gearstick erratically.

 

The cold start afr is 13ish I have a full log of a cold start - I don't think it needs more fuel - but I'm willing to try.
