Does anyone know if the .85 A/R V-band EWG option is v-band on the exhaust inlet AND outlet of the turbo? Or just outlet?

I searched and contacted a few vendors, but no one has got back to me yet.

While I don't know first hand, it seems that every EFR has a v-band outlet, and the one's labeled as a v-band are a v-band inlet. There are several pictures out there of a 6758 with v-band inlet.

Keep in mind that the V-band inlet limits you to the larger A/R, which may not be desirable. Our upcoming EFR-specific manifold is a T25 flange which lets you use either the smaller or larger A/R as needed.

Yeah, that was a definite downside... Would vvt and stroker be enough to offset the boost threshold difference?

I really want a tubular manifold, I don't like the idea of spending money on a log without v-band.

ARTech quoted a killer price for the hotside parts, it's so tempting.

I think a 2.0 gets to be on the borderline between wanting the .64 and the .85 housing. Something closer to 2.5 liters would be certainly into the .85 housing is better range.

So I contacted BorgWarner, about a .64 or .80 full V-Band housing, I doubt they will be able to do anything for just one customer.

I suggested a group buy, who knows...
