Default Spark plug color

I've recently gotten my turbo build "finished" enough to start road tuning and just pulled the plugs to see how they look. I think I have an Idea of what I think I'm looking at and what they are telling me, but I wanted a few second opinions if anyone cared to chime in.
Car specs:
'99 1.8
Ms2
Garrett T25
RC550 injectors (low imp with resistors)

Plugs are BKR7E's with about 30 miles on them gapped at .025 (stock coil)

looks slightly rich to me which is good. Also like the poster above me said look for sprinkles on the insulators that would be detonation and those sprinkles would be small pieces of your pistons.

Looks cold and rich, which is ok for your setup.
