Default Spark plug color change with boost

So I have been running my turbo for about 2 days now with hardly any boost and my spark plugs have turned orage. What gives?

Then look at this link:

It seems to be high speed glazing....These were the stock plugs and I had not changed them because I never went over 100kPa.....I changed them tonight and went up to 136kPa, weeeeeee!! or some may say weeeeeeek.....

So, should this color go away with the colder plug and .030" gap?

Look fine to me. One step colder plugs with a consistent gap works well for me. Mine aren't orange like that, atleast last time i took one out it wasn't quite that color.
