Default Stainless oil line trouble BEGI series 3

I am having trouble getting the braided oil line in the fitting (Near the oil filter) on my 96 with the BEGI series 3 kit. Anyone have any suggestions?
THe angle of approach makes it kinda difficult.

If it's from BEGI it is for sure 1/8 BSP. Take your passenger side wheel off, you can access the side of the block easily through the fender well. Makes getting to the line on a snap.

already tried that route. Fitting fits, (It was tested before the block was put in)
its just a pain in the **** hitting it from that angle, and cant seem to get it to screw in.

you need nimble fingers and thin arms to play around in that area. It was really the most fun part of my install when I did it, took the most time for some reason
