Steel mixing manifold
10 Attachment(s)
I came across this in a dismantling yard a few weeks back, it is a 2004 Kia Rio. The block appears to be a revised B6 (different water jacket structure). The cylinder head is Kia's own design and is crap (big, heavy, tall, small ports, big combustion chambers and bad valve angles)
I noticed this steel mixing manifold and thought it would be easier to modify for those who do not have a TIG welder and cannot weld aluminum. I'm not sure if it is a direct fit on our cars due to different A/C compressors. Cool, except if you flip that one around to get more turbo clearance the nipple that goes to the lower radiator is facing up.

Cut and turn it around. Plenty of people here are capable of welding steel.
