I guess that's one way to look at it. Me personally I believe in accountability. If the vendor doesn't know they fucked up, they'll never sort out the issue.

The pipe is not the problem, thats the normal flange that comes with the Begi S. The pipe does not come with studs, the turbo you have comes with studs but they are too short for their enlarged flange. If you want longer studs to work with that pipe they charge for em.
that makes more sense then, but still, why not include the right studs from the start and just charge whatever the price is, so you don't get it and then realize it's wrong? Do they tell you it won't work when you order it?

No they dont tell you when you order it and they dont have a warning anywhere on the site. Had they told me I needed 45mm studs to get their downpipe to fit I wouldnt have had to go on a wild goose chase for new studs setting my project back ANOTHER couple of days.

The question isn't so much if they include the mounting hardware, because they do.However, 30mm is just too short. The studs I showed in the pictures are the ones they included.

If it were me I'd quit bitching and spend $5 at Ace hardware to get the car back on the road rather than making a thread complaining about it while waiting for UPS to bring it to me.

that's a valid point, but at the same time I think it's good that other potential buyers be aware of this so they can at least plan ahead.
