Ive been running an Autometer pod for a 94-04 Mustang. It took a little sanding work to get it to match the contour of the dash but it puts two gauges just a glance away. It matches the factory gauge hood pretty well too. I run oil temp and EGT in it. I have boost and AFR in the vent just below since I have safeguards in my MS3 that keep an eye on those. Defininitely similar to what I had in mind! For the moment I ordered a ddm works 3 pod "Upside down" contour so the gauges will be higher than the regular set up, however if i can get my hands on a dash cover somewhere I will start a nice fibreglass project to make a really nice dash-top gauge mount!
