The anserws I was reading was 7.5psi on the greddy 15g?
but im boosting 10psi, 12 to 1 rise rate disc, highpressure fuel pump and a front mount
I initially started the search to see if i can bump it up to 12psi on my t25 turbo (figured its so tiny)

itd be cool if i can get some personal opinions
And please, i know, Megasquirt, but its not in my budget yet :(

What should I put for fuel consumption

with .50 fuel consumption, it says im good for about 300bhp, is that possible? how come people were saying they were 100% duty cycle at only 7.5psi on the 15g when im running 10psi on my t25..

You may actually want to read the information that is prominently placed nearly at the top of the page for answers about BSFC.

Secondly, the 15g is different from the t25G and it's fuel consumption.

I dont see anything about fuel consumption, and yeah... im aware they are different turbos, i was just stating the names because i know you guys would flame on me and what my setup/turbo is, etc.

No it's not correct.

300bhp requires 640cc injectors (BSFC of .65 and a max DC of 80%).

to get your current injectors to flow 640cc's worth of fuel you need a fuel pressure around 340psi - stock is 43.5psi, NOT going to happen...

I worked all this out from the RCEng site.

Search more, and actually read what you've searched!

Basically no matter what you do you wont go over 180 or so.
So start saving up for MS and injectors, and leave current setup alone before you melt a piston

With stock injectors on boosted car you are already using the "headroom".

305's will get you into the 200-220 range max.

Anything more you need proper management and proper injectors, unless you want to be stupid and run a hackjob setup with extra injectors and whatnot

Den turn boost up to 15.75634807psi. Don't go over that or it will go lean.

Bambam... the variable that I haven't seen mentioned in this thread yet and that is critical to how much power you can make is FUEL PRESSURE. You are not running an ECU, so really the only thing you can control is RATE OF RISE and FUEL PRESSURE.

I ran well over 130psi at the injector for a long time before I got myself a fuel pressure gauge and actually went to a dyno. With my SR20det T25, tan-tops, Walbro 190lphHP, 02clamp, and Bipes... I ran 90-100psi fuel pressure at 14psi boost for the flattest AFR curve I could manage. It was far from flat, but it was as good as bandaids get. That was good for 210whp. I stepped up to 310's and it made zero more power, but I could run slightly lower fuel pressure.

YOU MUST GET A FUEL PRESSURE GAUGE. YOU MUST GET A WIDEBAND. Now you can tune on the street.

When you AFR's are as flat as you can make them on the street, get to a dyno.

Oh yeah... the Greddy fuel pressure device is archaic as far as AFPR's go. Get a used Begi 2025 from the classifieds (or buy one new), and get serious about your tune. With the Begi, you can dial in base-pressure and have an adjustable rate-of-rise on-the-fly. You don't need to swap in discs, so you can do a pull, check your shiz, and use a screwdriver to dial in more or less fuel pressure, then do another pull and check. It's really the only way to go if you're stuck with bandaids.
