Default Turbo LS build

Welp, ive been here long enough, the build has gone through many different phases........ started with a bare tub to pretty much a full blown racecar.
Majority of the build is on youtube @speedhouse
car only made 600 and ran out of intercooler, so i threw a new one on it and have yet to take it back...... should be 800+ with turbo limiting now.

So continuing along........

bout to go to the moon.
fresh rebuild:
forged rods and pistons with arp2000 rod bolts
balanced rotating assembly
all new bearings
rings
.030 over
high pressure high volume pump
arp headstuds
sloppy best cam
comp springs
btr hardened pushrods
trunnion kit
ls9 mls gaskets
all brand new gaskets to seal everything
holley pan with trap door baffle
ls6 intake, stock truck throttle body, ebay rails regulator lines and fittings everywhere

also added 2 oil coolers and still need to plumb in the accusump

poor mans rebuild on a tr6060 and converting it to a t56 magnum
time to let er eat..... gonna keep it conservative around 8-900. See if everything still holds together since the trans and clutch are only rated at 700

Yes the front bumper still fits on the car.

Well where to begin!

Got the engine and trans mated up

Wrapped my manifolds

Everything installed ready to go back in the bay

I fabbed up some mounts for the accusump

Then i got a hair up my *** and wanted a side exit exhaust

Can't have a clean engine going into a dirty bay, so i resprayed it

Engine installed..... but with the side exit, this kinda forced me to redo the turbo kit...... This time around i wanted the turbo to where you can actually see it, so i clocked it about 15*...... hood still closes and bumper still fits

The frame rail was going to give me issues with the exhaust..... i cut it and filled it back in with a pipe

I don't know how to do pie cuts, but they turned out damn good.

All mocked up

~finished turbo kit...... still need to add a wastegate to both banks, but that aint ****.

Teardrop fender dump came out good too, perfect fit.

Assembled!

Test fit a set of drag slicks i ordered....... looks good!

.....AAAAAnd thats about it. Hope you enjoy the build.

Thanks,
I get asked ALOT about the fuel system, so here we go.

Starts at the OEM tank
A walbro 450 feeds an ebay 3 litre surge tank
from there i have twin bosch 044's feeding a Y block via 8an
from the Y, i have an 8an line running under the car to a 50 micron filter.
from the filter i have an 8an line running to the rear of the drivers rail
at the front of the rail i have a crossover 8an to the passenger [Typical vette setup]
at the rear of the passenger rail, i have an ebay 8an > 6an billet boost reference fuel pressure regulator..... regulated at 60psi [wont go any lower unless i put a hobbs switch on one of the pumps]
from the regulator, i have a -6 line that runs all the way back to the surge tank to dump the excess fuel back into it to keep it full
as the surge tank fills up and gets full, i have a 6an returning back to the oem tank with a flex fuel sensor tied in right before it dumps

ALL ebay lines
ALL ebay fittings
Ebay rails
Ebay surge tank
Ebay regulator
All of it performs fantastic..... the only things i did not skimp out on is the flex sensor, fuel pumps [all 3], and the injectors.
