Default Turbo and manifold Question

y everyone!
I'm drivig peugeot 106 rallye s1 turbo (1.6 16v engine) currently with TD04 13g turbo from impreza and very bad desing logtype manifold... The car got 220hp at 0.9 bar at the moment but i want to get close to 260-270 hp...
So will be enough to make good 4-1 manifold with equal lenghts and turn the boost up to 1.2-1.3(is that turbo efective there or only blows hot air ???) or to be on the safe side i need td05 at arrownd 1 bar ? Any opinions are welcome! Thanks!

those turbos max out at 240whp on the subaru 2.0-2.5L engines. Their limit is 16-18psi. Anything over and its just huffing hot air. So unless you're talking about crank hp, its not enough. if you want to stick to same design and footprint just get a vf series (many to choose from ) or a 16g (also many to choose from).

OR

Get a nice custom tubular manifold with a footprint of your choice and have a BIG selection of turbos available.

Thanks for the replay firts!
I'm talking about crank horse power, not wheels...
The reason i want to stay with the td04 is that my space is very limited and even the td04 is very tight... But my other concern is that my pistons/rods are stock and i think it'll be better to use bigger turbo with lower boost, than the td04 on 1.2-1.3... am i right?
