Currently running standalone megasquirt on my 95. I have an ARTech manifold, its a shorty log all stainless steel, and for a good price too! no problems yet!

Intercooler piping, Im running over the top and didnt have to a whole lot of modification at all, or at least it wasnt as difficult as people make it out to be, I just lowered my radiator by moving the brackets down, and I cut slots out for the intercooler piping to be routed. Of all the cars I have helped put IC piping on, its probably the simplest yet, and really straight forward.

As for the #4 cyl lean out thing, from talking to corky, his beliefs seemed to be that the incoming air into the intake just slams against the back of the manifold and cylinder 4 actually just catches more air because the first 3 cylinders have basically a lack of efficient design to channel the air coming by to evenly distribute it.
