Turbo water lines help
 

Ok I vaguely understand where the water lines for the turbo are supposed to hook up to. If someone could please take a clear picture of the location on the block that the water feed and return push into I would really appreciate it!

It doesn't matter which way the water flows through the turbo. You can use either hose and run it through either side of the turbo.

I really appreciate the installed pic guys. I was just wondering how would be best to route it around the accessory belt since I have ac and ps on my car. I was thinking of maybe using some bendable plumbing pipe but im worried that mixing metal type will start to cause severe oxidation. I don't know how well normal antifreeze can protect against mixing copper and aluminum with water. Maybe some water wetter is in order. Same thing I used to run in my water cooled pcs.

Just zip-tie them to a hard point to keep them held out of the way.

Yah, you're making too big a deal out of this. Get some appropriate sized heater hose (I think I used 3/8) and put them on. The one coming out of the pump won't be in the way of anything and the one coming off the distro-block will come straight up and then back to the turbo... won't interfere with the belt.

What do you have coming off the turbo... are you going to simply run barbs out of the CHRA or do you have some type of hard line on banjos? Those heater hoses really aren't designed to run at the temps they'll reach if you run brass barbs straight off the CHRA... buy extra hose as you'll be replacing them often... kinda messy.

If you can, look at making some hardlines to come off the turbo 6-8" on each side should be enough. That will get your coolant lines far enough away from the turbo so that they won't be getting to hot on you. I would suggest aluminum or stainless hardline. You can get aluminum from anplumbing.com, i'm not sure where else you could pick it up. The tools to crimp and bent the stuff is available at advanced, autozone as a free rental with deposit. Those place do carry steel line but it's not stainless and not recommended.
