I cant see there being a difference feeding it from the oil pressure sensor port or the top of the vvt line for the purpose of testing as it's the same source.

Does Savingtons/TSE's oil and water line kit use this port?

Edit: Nvm, im stupid. Carry on.

I'm trying to order the oil and water lines and fittings for my turbo build and would really like to use location 'A' for the oil feed. Did anyone figure out what kind of adapter is correct?

Wow.

OP Installs oil feed from Port A, soon gets strange noise from VVT assembly, wonders why..
THEN people reply wanting info and parts to also use port A.. To top it all off, the thread is only 2 pages long, surely we all didn't miss something here??

I would run the oil feed from the oil pressure sensor port like everyone else, on any car, for decades has. If it aint broken, don't fix it ;)

FWIW the sensor port and the VVT are the same block port, one is just closer to the VVT assembly.

I've been using location A for a year now with now issues.

Correct. In theory, it shouldn't matter a bit. However, if posed with a video clip and possible issue that is related to, it might be better to choose the "tried and true" method.
