Default Frankenturbo question

I blew my TD04L-13T. Can I get this volvo turbo, which appears to be a TD04L 14T, and detach the volvo turbine housing, then simply put the volvo cartridge as well as compressor onto my current turbine housing?

NEW Genuine MHI TD04L Turbo Volvo S60 S80 V70 XC70 XC90 N2P25LT 2.5L 49377-06204 | eBay

Advantages:
Non-Churbo at a Churbo price
integrated BOV
Simplified plumbing
Slightly bigger compressor

Disadvantages:
Maybe volvo turbine housing won't fit, though my housing is definitely a TD04L on the turbine HOT side.
Oil lines and stuff may be different sizing, may need new oil lines and water lines

I doubt how genuine that really is. For a 100$ more you can get a refurbished 15g out of a Volvo 850 which is an amazing turbo. Holds 18-19 psi to redline.

The same doubt had crossed my mind. I've never seen a churbo go as far as to replicate the volvo casting or logo, also the seller has a brick and mortar operation in ca which suggests a bit more to lose if they are so blatantly selling fakes. Are fake, branded volvo turbos a thing known to the Volvo world?

link to the 15g? (Is that a td04l on the turbine side?)
