Nice work. It seems that your engine refuses to make more power with the single digits at 6k onwards. Are the numbers lower with less boost and more timing?

Yes. On pump gas I'm also somewhat Det limited.

whats the 20psi graph look like?

450 on E is not even a question, but I am genuinely curious if you'll hit the 2" piping choke point past 400 like we're all theorizing

Me too. I'll fab up a 2.5" hotside pipe, and a 3" inlet pipe before I go.
Its really tight on space though. The compressor housing has to be clocked in just the right way, which leaves not much room between the compressor outlet and the subframe. I may try and trim the shelf if I have the turbo out anytime soon. I'm curious about this. When on the dyno, I couldn't push past 30psi on a high boost canister with e85 because the turbo seemed to choke (according to the tuner). I'm running 2" hotside and tapped out at 400whp on a Dyno Dynamics. I've ordered 2.25" stuff and hope to have that installed someday. I wonder if that's my limitation, or if it's the 8.6:1 compression. Or maybe after two years, the efr's bearings are becoming sluggish. |

Fun fact. AIT was 81.9*F at the start of the pull. 89*F at redline. and 91*F shortly afterwards. Precision 600 is BEAST.

Boost control was far from perfect. But here is the 15 and 20psi runs. Or as close as I got. within 1-2psi.

Boost control is difficult to get perfect with a real dual port internal wastegate.

I'm still on setup mode. Not closed loop. Didn't have time to tune cl.

I was still switching back and forth when I broke mine.
