its 1Kohm (1000 ohms) youll need preferably a 0.6Watt or larger one.

fyi resistors have resistance, not impedance. Impedance is more of an AC or inductive measurement of resistance. For example. An 8ohm speaker would measure 5-7ohms (dc) but will measure 8ohms AC (1000hz usually). This applies to fuel injectors as well. A fuel injector's inductance varies with rpm. This effects the current required to opperate it.
