AFPR on e-manage blue
I figured that I probably wont need my AFPR since im getting an EMB. should I keep the AFPR installed and use the emanage with it? or should I just sell the AFPR and use the emanage by itself? Do I even need the AFPR? If I dont, I'll be mad for wasting money

im just looking for somewhere close to 200 in the next month. then im rebuilding an engine to take it up to 300hp after I go torsen and 1.8 tranny, should I keep it for that? also would i need a walbro 190 still?

EMB cannot raise fuel pressure. The 12:1 will max out at ~80psi with a good stock pump. If you go with a Walbro 190LPH you will need to drop to a smaller disc so that you don't go too high on pressure. It is a balance you will need to establish based on duty cycle vs. boost level.
I would stay with the stock pump, the 12:1 disc, and get a wideband to see where you are as you increase boost. If it is too rich at low boost, go to a smaller disc. As you go higher with boost levels, add additional injection to maintain a decent AFR.
If you decide to go Megasquirt, leave out the AFPR and opt for much larger injectors to fuel at low pressures.

ok, im running 7psi off the bat. isnt that just enough before im gonna have to move to a better pump to keep a good amount of fuel in? And what disc for the AFPR would you use, if you were doing the same, to run the walbro 190lph, 305cc inj., and 7psi. I just need to get alittle more than enough fuel. I will go wideband to see also I guess

ok so i got my setup ,just for now to just get it running, and now i need to know where to go tuningwise. I dont have a wideband yet since this turbo thing put the smackdown on my wallet. I just want to know whats a safe setup for what i have now just to start as a base. vortech AFPR 12:1, 305cc greentop supra, EMB, dont even know what my actuator is set at but i have a manual boost contrl. I need to know, if anyone happens to know, what a sr20s t25 stock actuator is set at. But back to the main topic. to run 7psi on my setup, what do i have to retard the ignition to? also is it safe to overfuel and will the car idle like that?

don't quote me on this, but i think you will be way rich with the 12:1 disk. Im not sure which disk to use but I think brain's faq has a link to a thread that can help you. Your gonna have to wait for someone who knows, or, do the math (after you find out what math to do of course)
edit-
Also. The reason why I have not thrown a turbo back on my car is that when I get above 5 psi I want to be sure I get it right. I am broke as hell and its taking me a long time to save for a wideband, but I would rather blow up my engine because I am stupid at tuning, than blow it up because I am just plain stupid. Get the wideband.

wait overfueling will blow up my engine? im running low psi so i dont think overboosting will be a huge problem. I can retard my timing. Also a 12:1 disc would be too rich if i were to have an aux. fuel pump. I dont have one at the time so im not dropping the disc rate just yet. all stock greddys use them so i dont see the prob. on low boost, but a greddy kit cant allow you to retard the timing like I can with a EMB.
