EMU noob again - I/J 2 Ch INj or 4 Ch on 99

EMU noob again - I/J 2 Ch INj or 4 Ch on 99
In preparation of my EMU install I have to ask a noob question.
Everything I read up till now said you should switch to 2/2 at the I/J menu.
I grabbed this pic at the nutz to explain:

(This is for a 93 not a 99)
I had a look at my old boomslang harness for the EMB and realized, that there are 4 wires - individually for each injector.
Do I have to switch to 4/4 in the I/J menu?
