here are and the vacuum lines.

Something else are the injectors. The venom 550 are for rx7 but i am not sure if the have the same Ohms with the stock.

i would redo the vacuum line. i got my cut into the brake booster line and made a vacuum manifold. very simple, maybe shorter lines would help and bigger source. the manifold tip now is rather small to trigger wastegate and map if the T is to the wastegate.

The reason that i preferred emu whas the price, becouse no one tuner in greece using ms
only haltech, dta, hks, aem etc and the installation+tuning is very expensive.

If i can install it and tune it alone i will try,but if the problem ish't from the emu and something else going wrong ?

I use a MSII because the 1,6 NB has no possibility to attach the NA CAS.
I spend something like 500-600 Euro for the complete package including boomslang extension and ABEs ingenious crank and cam circuit.

We have at least one more EMUed NB here with the same behaviour.
I suspect the Maps get corrupted because of the low AFRs after such a shift - and the EMU trying to correct back.

@ABE - sorry for not getting in touch for such a long time - keep me updated about your MS2 board. ( I am also looking forward to the new math for the MS2 closed loop boost control - as announced at msextra.com)

More teaser. Thinking of getting this built any minute now. I didn't really leave an input for clutch switch, otherwise it's golden: VICS, IDLE, FANS, EBC, VVT, and TACH all driven externally, so you only need logic level signals, and a nice wire block for WBO2, knock sense in/out, etc. Should be configurable via the main block, and no loose wires. Comments?

Nice Abe - looks great - post it at the MS section... How do you connect this to the MS?

Greets

DB37 at the left edge in the picture plugs into the MS directly, and the (not shown) OEM connector along the top plugs into the car's harness. Right now, that seems like no cutting involved. We will see if/when I get to test it. I'll post info once it gets a bit further along.
