Default Does my map look about right?

I've got a '92 FMII Turbo Miata crudely tuned with the keypad to 12psi. It was previously set to wastegate pressure (6psi) prior to me owning the car. So when I bumped it up to 12psi, I didn't touch the fuel map at all. Now that it's at 12psi, my AFRs are abnormally lean.

Here's a picture of my ignition and fuel maps. It seems pretty comparable to the default FM maps so I don't know why my AFRs are so lean. If it's blatantly obvious please educate me, I'm a noob

Would you attribute shaking in low gear to poor low rpm fuel mapping? In 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear when cruising at low speed in say a city, my car will start jumping and sort of bog until I change gears or increase rpm.

I'm guessing this is because the fuel map isn't smooth enough that the in between zones the engine isn't getting the right amount of gas?
