Default 04 MSM ECU pinout

I'm looking for the 04 MSM ecu pinout diagram. I am running an Autronic with a patch to the stock harness ecu connector, and having some aircon issues which require identification of the aircon wires at the ecu end.

I have found this on here. It is referred to as 'powertrain control module', which is looking like an ecu to me. It also says it is located behind the dash, but my ecu was in the passenger footwell ... so I am looking for some reassurance that the diagram is in fact the MSM ecu pinout, and that terminology and the unit's location are variables. Otherwise even the all-knowing Mr Google seems to be able to find are references with dead links.

Oh, you ask, how come the person who built the patch harness hasn't got one, he must have had it to build the patch harness in the first place? Yes, he did, but it seems that computer gremlins have resulted in it going AWOL.

It would be super if we could find a pinout of an ADM SE (MSM), or even a RHD MSM, but if the attached Mitchell diagram is the best we can do, we will work on that.

Thanks for your input!

Gee Emm I don’t have it on me as I’m away for the weekend but if you need it ASAP, go to adaptronic ecu website, download their Eugene software, load the SE base map and under support/help in Eugene there is the complete pinout for the factory Aus loom

Oh man, you are THE MAN! 20 minutes, on the nose, it doesn't get better than that!

Not needed asap, but will do that. Will send PM. In the meantime, enjoy a covid-safe weekend!

Gee Emm, the MSM's (and I think all LHD NB's) ECU is under the steering column, not in the footwell like in the RHD cars we have.

Here's one I prepared earlier based on the Adaptronic information when I needed it.

Thanks Lokiel, nice to have some redundancy! Even better to have ADM specs, I am always nervous about the Mitchel stuff being, it seems, USDM.

I thought that the ADM pinouts must be around somewhere, given the number of ECU replacements, but wasn't expecting them so quickly.

ML, I had a feeling I had seen that somewhere, thanks for the confirmation.
