I've google and googled and I remember seeing a few miatas (2). Relocate their ecu. I plan on getting door bars and I want to run a shorter map line. Shouldn't I just be able to un tape the loom and move the ms under the dash and retape it back up without cuting any wires.

there is only one plug you need to extend, it is 2 wires..everything else is relocateable

and i believe that plug is for the fuel pump.

 

The fuel pump and a bunch of other **** run up the opposite side (Drivers side). It's the seat belt thing or the headrest speakers or something.

 

Yeah I just unpluged the seat belt/head rest speaker wires and wrapped them up. I got the MS2 sitting on my pass airbag self and I cut the air bag cover to fit around it. Ill post pics later in my build thread.
