Default Engine harness wiring differences between US and JDM?

I have a JDM 1999-2000 BP4W engine that I am using for a project. Does anyone know if the engine wiring harness is the same between JDM and US market cars? The engine is slightly different, the only real differences that I can tell are that the JDM version does not have EGR. I will be using an aftermarket ECU and did not know if I would need to change to an US market harness. The primary question is are they the same pin outs at the ECU?

Sensors should be the same. If not just swap out your existing sensor. (obviously the EGR plug will be left out)
