Default Link ECU Hybrid Mess

Sorry if this seems like a noob post but I really have no idea where to go from here.

Perhaps I've jumped the gun on this little purchase, but I bought a Link ECU to install in my 1.6. I was told by the seller that it was used in a 1.6 car but upon receiving the computer, it appears to be the Obiwan board. It is in a BP ecu case and has the 4 pin connectors. Obviously, the 1.6 harness only has 2 connectors for the ECU (which do plug into 2 of the slots on the board); so my question is, can I make this work, or would I be better off just selling it and getting a 1.6 board?

I found this: http://www.flyinmiata.com/support/in...BD2_rewire.pdf but it's for OBD1 1.8 to OBD2 1.8. Sorry if this seems a bit "noobish" but i'm just really at a loss with this thing and just want to be able to tune the car and go faster!

I wouldn't bother trying to make it work given the price you'd pay for 1.6 link, or even any other ecu. Just throw this one back up for sale and go shopping again.

That's what I figured. Oh well, off to the for sale forums!
