Default NC 2.5 turbo tuning

I have an 06 bc with 2.5 swap and Dynotronics turbo kit. Received my first remote tune over a month ago and after 7 or 8 tune revisions the car is still undrivable. It is still running very lean, fuel trims are 25% and higher, I don’t want to hurt my engine. Is this normal at this point in the process? Posting here because joe is busy and hard to get ahold of. I just want to get my car running asap. Considering diy tuning or another pro tuner…

I don't have enough fingers to count how many engines I personally know of that Joe had destroyed. Run like hell from this guy, even better ditch that shitty turbo kit he sold you.
The fact that your engine survived until now is a miracle, it mostly takes a day or two at best for his "tunes" to blow an engine up.

Can anyone recommend some other tuners willing to tune a turbo nc? Either remotely or in Texas

Look up Freektune or Purple Drank. They tune a lot of Mazdaspeed 3's. If you're using versatune or similar software they could help.
