No start purge valve clicking repeatedly

Hi, when i turn the key on the purge valve clicks repeatedly, it cranks.i checked if the ecu is getting power and all the fuses and relays. any ideas?

I decided to get the car running on speeduino, the stock ecu has fried itself.

Was it running before u installed Speeduino ? Did the Speeduino come from and ran in another car ?
