Default recommend a tuner in/near western PA?

Nobody in Pittsburgh area wants anything to do with a turbo miata on FM Hydra ecu.
One shop would only touch it if I bought their $2000 Haltech setup. Anyone in the area and have any recommendations?

I used to hang out with these guys at the flashlight drags and they're good people. They might be able to help. https://ostdyno.com/tuning-options/

Was it TPG that didn't want to mess with the Hydra?

Called OST... They are Gm / mopar only...
Nice enough to give me a referral, but no dice.
They had no interest in tuning a turbo first gen miata.

And I don't want to flame anyone... But you may or may not be exactly correct on the second shop you referenced.

I'm interested too. I heard psk was real good but they shutdown their performance shop just a couple months ago, and idk if their general repair shop does tuning work, haven't called yet.
